This group is specifically tailored to women who have experienced a third trimester stillbirth or loss of a newborn.  The group meets monthly in Clarks Summit and is facilitated by Dr. Andrea Genello. 

This is  group for moms who have experienced a pregnancy loss in the first or second trimester. Perinatal loss at any stage of pregnancy can be difficult to endure. The pain and suffering many women experience in the face of loss can be devastating. Yet, despite loss, the world can continue to demand our attention leaving us little time to rest and repair. 

The intention of this group is to allow women to have time and space to process their loss in a supportive, non-judgemental setting. The group will incorporate various treatment modalities to foster recovery after perinatal loss such as mindfulness, relaxation and expressive art therapy. This group is facilitated by Sara Hegarty, LPC and will meet once a month.  

​Shine Bright Mama! is a group for moms focusing on stress management and fostering interpersonal connectedness. Often times mothers can feel a bit in the dark as they navigate the terrain of motherhood. This group aims to shed light on helpful tools and techniques mothers can utilize to manage their stress and express their emotions in a healthy way. This group will incorporate the clinical approaches of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and art therapy to help participants gain clarity of their thoughts and feelings and mitigate the impact of stress on their daily life. ​Sara Hegarty, LPC will facilitate this group and it will meet monthly.
